7 May: What We're Eating This Week

In case you need some ideas - this is what we have planned this week!

BREAKFAST

Marmalade toast

Yogurt with granola

Cacio e pepe scrambled eggs

Blueberry pancakes. I use the Pancake Parlour mix and add in some fresh blueberries

LUNCH

Bacon & spinach quiche

Chicken salad sandwiches

Tomato toast - sliced tomato, fennel seeds, chilli flakes on toasted sourdough

DINNER

Sunday: roast chicken, potatoes & green salad

Monday: sausages, roast pumpkin with hazelnuts & feta, green salad

Tuesday: my husband is out on Tuesday nights, so I usually have leftovers or something quick & easy

Wednesday: tomato and butter pasta, from Into The Sauce

Thursday: egg báhn mì, from Jessica Nguyen

Friday: duck a l’orange from Meatsmith with smashed potatoes

Saturday: cheese & wine

DESSERT

Sticky date puds

Oat chocolate chip cookies

Olive oil ice cream
