Current Skincare Routine

Hi guys! I owe you an update on my skincare routine and what I’ve been doing to maintain my skin after finishing a course of roaccutane earlier this year. I am so grateful to say that while my skin may not be perfect, it is to me. Confidence level 100 compared to where I used to be.

If you’re struggling with your skin, I am so sorry. I’m here and I understand completely.

Now, onto my routine. To note, most of these products are sold only through a clinic, so I highly recommend chatting to someone if your routine needs an overhaul and you’re feeling overwhelmed.

TREATMENTS

I’m also doing 3-monthly facials at SkinToHeart. This has honestly been a game changer for my skin. When I started my course of roaccutane I decided this would be a part of my routine post-meds.

I do the Signature Facial which includes a customised HydraFacial, extractions, LED Therapy, and then layers of luscious skincare to finish. My skin is SO glowy afterwards, plus it’s such a lovely slow-down hour to have every few months.

My therapist also helps to create my skincare routine (above), adjusting as needed at each treatment session. This has really helped to hone in on what my skin needs and has refined my routine.

As always, I am in no way a professional. The above is my experience & routine. If you have any questions about your skin, I highly recommend chatting to an expert.
